This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the services provided by Career Comrade (hereinafter referred to as "we," "our," or "us") related to the college admission process. By utilizing our services, the student acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
Career Comrade requires an advance payment to commence the admission process. This advance payment constitutes the entire service charge for initiating and facilitating the admission process. By making this advance payment, the student agrees to all terms and conditions outlined herein. No additional documents will be required to formalize this agreement. The advance payment is non-refundable except under the specific condition outlined in section 4.
Refunds will only be issued if Career Comrade is unable to secure admission into any of the courses and colleges listed as options by the student, up until the last date of college reporting. In all other circumstances, including but not limited to the student's withdrawal from the process, change in college preference, denial of alternative options, failure to comply with instructions, or delays in payments, refunds will not be provided. If the student secures admission but fails to respond within the specified time to clear the total service amount requested before admission, the advance payment will be considered non-refundable. Additionally, the student will be liable to pay the remaining pending amount, regardless of whether they ultimately take the admission or not.
Note: All amounts stated as donations or capitation fees are considered as part of the service charges of Career Comrade. We retain full rights to charge these amounts and utilize them for the betterment of the education sector.
At the start of the admission process, the options provided and any amendments will be at the discretion of Career Comrade. We retain the right to accept or reject any amendments or changes to the options presented. The initiation of any process and actions taken by the admission team will be considered as per the student’s will, and all procedures will be carried out with the student's consent and instructions.
If a student secures admission and subsequently attempts to withdraw from the process, they remain liable to pay the full service charge and any additional amounts as applicable.
To start the admission process, students must submit original and photocopies of necessary documents (PDC). These documents will be retained by Career Comrade throughout the admission process. The original documents and PDC will only be returned after successful admission and clearance of all required payments. In the event of a payment delay, Career Comrade reserves the right to retain the documents even if admission is secured.
Students acknowledge that there may be changes in the budget due to demand and advancements in college selection. In such cases, students must be flexible with any adjustments. If the student denies the required advance payment due to changes in the budget, the admission process will be delayed, and the student will have to wait until the last date provided. If admission is delayed and Career Comrade suggests other options, the student must accept the first offer received, as the process operates on a first-come, first-served basis. No refunds will be provided, and the student will be liable to pay the full management fee quoted if they choose to withdraw.
The timeframe to complete the admission process is subject to change. The student accepts and understands that delays might occur as instructed by Career Comrade. Any delays resulting from the student’s non-compliance or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Career Comrade.
The service charge is compulsory .
By making the advance payment, the student acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this document. This payment is considered as acceptance of the refund policy and other terms and conditions. No additional documentation will be required to formalize this agreement.
Career Comrade reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Please note, the refund policy is permanent and fixed; it will not be subject to change.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically in Karnataka and Odisha. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in these locations.
