Everything on careercomrade.com and careercomrade.in, and in our social media, videos, brochures, WhatsApp messages and counselling sessions, is published by Career Comrade Edtech LLP ("Career Comrade") for general guidance only. By using it, you accept this Disclaimer.

1. Information may change

Fees, seats, eligibility, cut-offs, rankings, placement figures, exam dates and admission procedures come from official websites, notices and public sources and change often. We make no warranty of their accuracy, completeness or currency. Always verify with the Institution or exam authority before deciding or paying.

2. No guarantee of outcome

Admission, seat allotment, scholarships, results and placements are decided solely by Institutions, authorities and employers. Our counselling and support are given in good faith but do not guarantee any outcome, including admission, seats, discounts, fee concessions, scholarships, results or placements. We guarantee only the delivery of our own products and services as described at the time of purchase.

3. College Predictor, recommendations and AI tools

Our College Predictor, rank- and score-based college suggestions, course and career recommendations, and any AI assistants or summaries give estimates to support your decisions. They do not decide admissions and are not guaranteed to be correct.

• Outputs are based on previous years' data, published information and what you enter. Actual cut-offs, seat matrices, reservation rules and institution decisions vary every year, and AI tools can make mistakes or give out-of-date information.

• A prediction or recommendation is not an offer, promise or guarantee of admission, seat, rank, discount or outcome. Do not rely on a prediction alone.

• No decision about your admission or your fees is made solely by an automated system. You can ask for a human counsellor to review any result at careercomradehelpdesk@gmail.com.

• We use your inputs only to give you results and to improve our own tools using de-identified data. We do not put admission documents into public AI tools, and where we can contractually prevent it we do not allow third-party AI providers to train their models on your personal data.

4. No affiliation

Unless we state it explicitly, Career Comrade is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any Institution, university, exam body, regulator (including UGC, AICTE, NMC, BCI, PCI) or government authority. Names, logos and images are their owners' and are used only for identification.

5. Lawful admissions only

Career Comrade does not accept, arrange or pass on any capitation fee, donation or unofficial payment, and does not sell or reserve seats. Anyone asking for such a payment in our name is not authorised by us. Report it to careercomradehelpdesk@gmail.com.

6. Beware of impersonation

We collect payments only into the official account of Career Comrade Edtech LLP and issue receipts in its name. We are not responsible for payments made in cash, to personal accounts, or to anyone using our name without authority.

7. Not professional advice

Our content is not legal, financial, immigration, medical or psychological advice. Consult a qualified professional for education loans, visas, finances or health.

8. Study abroad

Visa, immigration and foreign university decisions are made by foreign governments and institutions. Rules and costs change frequently; we do not guarantee visas or admissions abroad.

9. Testimonials and results

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are published with consent. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

10. External links and content

Links and embedded content (such as YouTube) are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability or privacy practices.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Career Comrade is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or reliance on the information we publish.
