CAT 2025 Registration to Open in August — IIM Lucknow Convenor

IIM Lucknow has been confirmed as the convening IIM for CAT 2025. The Common Admission Test is taken by over 3 lakh candidates annually for admission to 21 IIMs and 1,200+ MBA programmes.

Expected Timeline

• Registration Opens: August 2025
• Registration Closes: September 2025
• Admit Card: November 2025
• Exam Date: Last week of November 2025
• Result: January 2026

Exam Pattern (Expected)

3 sections: VARC, DILR, and QA. Total 66 questions in 120 minutes. CAT 2025 is expected to follow the same pattern as CAT 2024 with no major changes announced.
