You can ask us to delete your account at any time; we complete deletion within 30 days, except for records the law or an open dispute requires us to keep.

1. How to request deletion

  1. Email careercomradehelpdesk@gmail.com from your registered email, or WhatsApp us from your registered mobile number, with the subject "Delete My Account".

  2. We verify your identity by an OTP to your registered mobile.

  3. We acknowledge within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.

2. What is deleted

4. Effect on services and dues

Deleting your account during an active admission ends our Services and is treated as withdrawal under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Deletion does not cancel any amount due, and it does not erase records we need to recover dues or defend claims.

5. Data held by others

Data already sent to an institution at your request is held by that institution under its own policy. We will tell you whom to contact.

6. Inactive accounts

Accounts and enquiries with no activity for 24 months are deleted or anonymised, except data covered by section 3. Where required, we notify you at least 48 hours before deletion.

7. Minors
