Grievance Redressal Policy

Every complaint is acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days, through two internal levels before any outside forum.

The Grievance Officer is appointed under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the IT Rules and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. What to include

Student name, registered mobile, receipt numbers, a clear description, dates, and any supporting screenshots or documents. Incomplete complaints may take longer.

3. How we decide

Decisions are based on the Terms and Conditions, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, the Agreed Options recorded at registration, and our service records (calls, messages, applications, emails). Each decision is given in writing with reasons.

4. Conduct

We handle every complaint respectfully and expect the same. Threats, abuse or harassment of staff, or false public statements, may lead to the Services being ended and to legal action.

5. Fraud and impersonation reports

Report anyone asking for cash, personal-account payments or "guaranteed seats" in our name to careercomradehelpdesk@gmail.com. These reports get priority.
