Payment Terms and Policy

All payments to Career Comrade must go to the LLP's official account, against an official receipt. These terms form part of the Terms and Conditions.
1. Official payment channels only
Pay only to Career Comrade Edtech LLP, through the official bank account, UPI ID or payment link given on your invoice or shared from our official number.
Every payment gets a receipt or GST invoice issued in the name of Career Comrade Edtech LLP.
Never pay cash, and never pay into a personal account of any employee, counsellor or agent. Career Comrade is not responsible for any such payment. Report requests to careercomradehelpdesk@gmail.com.
2. What is payable

Institution tuition, hostel and other fees are paid directly to the institution, never to Career Comrade.
3. Taxes and currency
All amounts are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate.
4. Liability for payment
The Student and the Parent/Guardian who registers are jointly and severally liable for all amounts due. The balance Service Charge is payable whether or not the Student joins, and whether admission came through merit, counselling or any quota.
5. Late payment
Amounts unpaid after the due date carry interest at 18% per year. We may pause Services until dues are cleared and recover dues with reasonable collection and legal costs.
6. Post-dated cheques
PDCs, where agreed, are acknowledged in writing. A dishonoured cheque attracts a dishonour charge plus bank charges, and may lead to proceedings under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
7. Chargebacks and disputes
Before raising a chargeback or payment dispute, use the Grievance Redressal Policy. A chargeback for services already delivered is a breach of the Terms; we will submit service records to the bank and recover the amount with costs.
8. Discounts and offers
Any discount on Career Comrade's own Service Charge is valid only if written on the receipt or in an email from an authorised partner. Discounts on institution fees are never guaranteed.
9. Instalments
Instalments on the Service Charge are allowed only when agreed in writing. Missing an instalment makes the whole outstanding amount due immediately.
10. Payment security
Where you pay online, card, UPI and net-banking details are handled by an RBI-regulated payment provider. Career Comrade does not store full card or bank account numbers.
