We never sell personal data; we share it only with the parties below, only for the stated purpose, and bound by contract or law.

2. What we never do
Sell or rent personal data or contact lists.
Share leads with other admission agents or consultancies.
Share data with advertisers for their own use.
3. Processor obligations
Every processor must use data only on our instructions, keep it secure, notify us of any breach within 24 hours, and delete it when the contract ends.
4. Transfers outside India
Some processors store data outside India. We transfer data only to countries not restricted by the Government of India under Section 16 of the DPDP Act, 2023.
5. Third-party websites and services
Links to institutions, exam portals, lenders, accommodation providers and embedded content (such as YouTube) are provided for convenience. Those parties are independent of Career Comrade; their terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their services, content or conduct.
