We aim for our website to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, in line with the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, and we help anyone who has difficulty using it by phone or WhatsApp.
1. What we do
Readable text sizes, sufficient colour contrast, and a light/dark mode.
Pages that work with screen readers and keyboard navigation.
Alt text on meaningful images and captions on our own videos where possible.
Forms with clear labels and error messages.
Mobile-responsive design.
2. Known limitations
Some third-party content (embedded videos, institution PDFs, external portals) may not be fully accessible, and older pages may still need fixes.
