All content, tools, data compilations, designs and software on Career Comrade's website, apps and social channels belong to Career Comrade Edtech LLP or its licensors and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

1. What we own

The "Career Comrade" name and logo, website text, articles, guides, videos, college data compilations, the College Predictor and its logic, counselling reports, templates and software.

2. What you may do

View, share links to, and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, with credit to Career Comrade.

3. What you may not do

• Copy, scrape, republish, sell or sub-license our content or data.

• Use our name, logo or staff identity for any business, ad or social media page.

• Reverse-engineer the College Predictor or other tools.

• Pass off our counselling reports or material as your own.

4. Third-party marks

Institution names, logos and images belong to their owners and appear only for identification and information. Their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

5. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright or trademark, email careercomradehelpdesk@gmail.com with: your contact details, the work, the exact URL, proof of ownership, and a statement that the information is accurate. Under Rule 75 of the Copyright Rules, 2013, we will review a valid notice and, where appropriate, disable access within 36 hours for 21 days pending a court order.

6. Misuse of our brand

We will take civil and criminal action against anyone using the Career Comrade name to collect money or data. Report misuse to careercomradehelpdesk@gmail.com.
